What can we do for you?

We love what we do and most importantly we love to do our best for our couples. That means we come prepared! We don't just rock up on the day but we plan out our day, we think about our shots, we are never late, we backup our gear and we turn up smiling!

Can we meet?

Of course, yes! We can either meet up in person or over the phone, whatever is easiest for you. It's super important that you are comfortable with your photographer, so please go ahead and organise a free consultation - just to get to know us and ask any questions that you may have.

We’re not into posing in front of the camera. How will you work with us?

Ditto! For us, this is perfect, we aren’t much into posing in front of the camera either! Documentary style photography is all about capturing the day as it unfolds, naturally. We are very good at blending into the background as we snap away. This doesn't mean we won't help give direction where needed, we can guide you when necessary and then shoot candidly. Our aim is to help create a relaxed space, your focus is on the party at hand.

Do you deliver every image you shoot?

No we don't, for a variety of reasons. Many may be duplicates of the same images, test shots, bad expressions, missed focal point or just not images that meet our standards.

When will we receive our photos?

About 4 - 6 weeks after the event. If is a smaller session about 1-2 weeks. This will be made clear when booking your event.

What do we receive?

You’ll receive an online gallery of print ready, high-resolution images. This gallery can be shared with friends and family, and you can order prints direct from the site. We also post highlight images on our socials in the week after your wedding.

How long do you keep our images?

We provide an online gallery in all our collections and they will be available to clients for three months. We encourage all clients to download and make copies within this timeframe to MULTIPLE locations. We do keep client files on our system for a short period of time but due to the storage limitations we can’t guarantee we will still have them on file if you lose your images. So please, backup backup backup!

Do you have insurance and backup equipment?

Yes and yes.

Can we go outside of the packages listed?

Sure can, no two events are the same and we understand that. We can always go through your specifics and arrange a package to suit.

Do you retouch the photos?

Generally no, we don’t retouch photos. We may simply retouch to remove a pimple or blemish in some close-up photos. However, we do not retouch in regards to removing weight, wrinkles etc.

Can you recommend a videographer?

We sure can, John from The Milestone Studio! John loves working with video, so if this is something you are interested in please give us a shout for more information.

We’d like to book you for our event, what’s next?

Happy dance! After the consultation and the decision that you are happy to work with us a contract will be issued with the terms and conditions of The Milestone Studio (we promise it's nothing scary), a deposit of 20% will be required to lock in your date. The final balance is due two weeks before the event date.
